Ingredients:
- 1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey optional
- Ice cubes optional
Instructions:
In a blender, mix the banana, chia seeds, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and honey, if youre using it
If you want your smoothie to be colder, add ice cubes
Make sure all the ingredients are well mixed as you blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy
If you want to change how sweet it is, you can add more honey
