Ingredients:
- 2 cups of fresh blueberries
- 1 cup of vegan chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of almond milk
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup
- 1/4 cup of coconut oil
- 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 vegan pie crust store-bought or homemade
Instructions:
Set the oven temperature to 175C 350F
Melt the vegan chocolate chips, coconut oil, almond milk, maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt in a small saucepan over low heat
Mix the ingredients until they are well combined and smooth
After taking the saucepan off the burner, allow it to cool slightly
Add the fresh blueberries to the chocolate mixture and gently fold them in
Pour the chocolate-blueberry filling into the vegan pie crust that has been placed in a pie dish
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the filling is set, in a preheated oven
Take it out of the oven and let it cool down before serving
