Ingredients:
- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup mirin
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 egg
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 4 burger buns
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and let them cool
In a bowl, combine the ground beef, soy sauce, mirin, sugar, sesame oil, and beaten egg
Mix well
Divide the beef mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties
Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat
Cook the burger patties to your desired doneness, adding a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty during the last minute of cooking
In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and sriracha sauce to make a spicy mayo sauce
To assemble the ramen burgers, place a cooked ramen noodle patty on the bottom half of each burger bun
Top the ramen patty with a lettuce leaf, a tomato slice, and a cheese-covered beef patty
Spread the spicy mayo sauce on the top half of the burger buns and place them on top of the beef patties
Secure the burgers with a toothpick, if needed
Serve the Ramen Burgers hot and enjoy
