Ingredients:
- 1 cup lemon curd
- 1 pound cake, diced
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1/2 cup fresh berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
Instructions:
Put diced pound cake at the bottom of each serving glass
Put some lemon curd on top of the pound cake
Put some whipped cream on top of the lemon curd
Repeat the layers until the glasses are full
Add a dollop of whipped cream at the end to finish
Add some fresh berries on top to finish
Put it in the fridge for at least an hour before you serve it
