Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 can 14 ounces artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F 175C
In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the top is lightly browned
